WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We always recommend you order your true size, as we already have your desired fit in mind.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

After placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email shortly.
Then, we’ll send a second email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship all orders through express couriers.

If you're in Melbourne, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

For the rest of Australia, it's around 4–5 business days.

International orders may take 4–14 business days to arrive.

 

IF I NEED TO RETURN THE ORDER, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

You're welcome to return your item if it hasn’t been worn, is still in its original state, and includes all original packaging.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

Once you have placed an order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email. The following email will be a fulfillment email with a tracking code for you to track your shipment.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship all orders with an express courier service, which allows Melbourne orders to be delivered in 1-2 business days and the rest of Australia in 4-5 business days.

For international orders, please expect 4-14 business days for delivery.
