ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

If your purchase was made during a sale, it's not eligible for return.

We only accept returns under the following situations:

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM (CONSUMER RIGHTS APPLY)

If your item has a major issue, you can choose between a refund, replacement, or store credit, based on what you prefer. A major fault includes:

• A defect that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known earlier
• The item is unsafe to use
• The product is very different from the description or sample
• The item doesn’t work as it should

If the fault is minor, we’ll first offer a repair or replacement. If it can’t be fixed in a fair time, you’ll get a refund or credit, as per Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

We get it — sometimes you just change your mind. While we’re not required by law to offer refunds for this, we do provide store credit (gift card) if:

• The product is unused, unworn, in original packaging, and tags are still attached
• The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns:

• Sale, promo, or final clearance products
• Items missing original packaging or tags
• If returned items require cleaning, a $10 fee will be deducted from your credit

EXCHANGE REQUESTS

We currently offer store credit for exchange requests, so you can place a new order with your preferred size and shipping method. Just follow the return steps, and once your store credit is issued, you can reorder.

• Fill out all fields carefully and sign the form to confirm you agree to the return terms
• Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive your return for processing
• You’ll get an email update about the status of your return

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

After your return reaches us, we’ll inspect and process it within 1–3 business days.

• Refunds (if applicable) will go back to your original payment method
• Store credit will be sent as a gift card to your email
• If the return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll email you and either return the item at your cost or discard it
• A $10 fee applies if the item has lint, hair, dust, marks, or odours
• No refund or credit for items that are worn, used, or in poor condition — these may be returned to you or discarded

  3. You’ll get a refund or update based on your return case

RETURN TO SENDER

If your parcel is not collected from the post office within 14 days (10 business days), it’ll be returned to us. To have it sent again, you’ll need to pay $10 (standard) or $15 (express) for reshipping.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
