REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item (please follow the return steps below), your eligible refund or store credit will be processed, and you’ll get an email notification.

We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact. You have 30 days from delivery to return your item.

Returns sent with false forms or containing items in unsellable condition will not be eligible. In those cases, your return will either be sent back to you at your expense or discarded/donated, and no refund or credit will be provided.

Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Items bought on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 8AM AEST are typically dispatched the same day, or by the next business day at the latest. Busy periods or other factors may slightly delay dispatch.

Occasionally, items may be placed on backorder if they are still on the way from our manufacturing facility to our Perth warehouse. This could lead to a short delay. If you're concerned about delivery time, please contact us at shobbiapparel@gmail.com before placing your order.

PRE ORDERS

Products with a ‘Pre Order’ label are considered pre-order items. This option allows customers to reserve in-demand pieces before official release, helping to avoid missing out.

Estimated dispatch dates will be mentioned in the product description but may change.

POSTAGE & TRACKING

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Didn’t get it? Check your junk/spam folder within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with pickup instructions.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (or 25 for international) after shipping, please email us at shobbiapparel@gmail.com so we can investigate.

Delays may occur due to weekends, holidays, customs, natural events, or other issues out of our control—but we’ll do our best to get your order to you quickly.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We offer shipping protection at checkout to safeguard your order during delivery. This ensures you’re covered if your parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

If you choose to remove shipping protection, you accept that Shobbi Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Once your package status is marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier, we consider the order complete, and shipping insurance no longer applies.

TAXES & DUTIES

Shipping fees do not include customs taxes or duties for international orders. These are the customer’s responsibility and depend on the order’s value.

If you choose not to pay duties/taxes and your order is returned, we’ll either:

  • Re-ship the item (shipping costs will apply again), or

  • Issue a store credit minus the original shipping fee and any additional charges incurred.

Be aware that customs inspections are routine and may affect delivery timelines.

INCORRECT INFORMATION & FAILURE TO COLLECT

Once an order is submitted, it’s often not possible to change the shipping address—so please double-check everything before placing your order. If you’re shipping to a business, include the business name.

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect info or failure to collect, shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, you agree that the information provided is accurate and commit to the sale.
